Entre 1931 i 1933, es van implementar diverses metodologies pedag\u00f2giques innovadores, incloent-hi l&#8217;escriptura autobiogr\u00e0fica.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-montserrat-font-family\" style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.708), 1.3rem);\"><strong>Escriptura Autobiogr\u00e0fica com a M\u00e8tode Pedag\u00f2gic<\/strong>: La presentaci\u00f3 va destacar la import\u00e0ncia de l&#8217;escriptura autobiogr\u00e0fica (life-writing) com una t\u00e8cnica per fomentar la reflexi\u00f3 cr\u00edtica i l&#8217;autoconeixement entre els futurs professors. Aquesta metodologia permetia als estudiants explorar les seves pr\u00f2pies experi\u00e8ncies i contextos de vida, facilitant una comprensi\u00f3 m\u00e9s profunda del seu paper com a educadors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-d1c656ed wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-right:0;padding-left:0;flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"has-montserrat-font-family\" style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.708), 1.3rem);\"><strong>mplementaci\u00f3 en la Formaci\u00f3 de Professors<\/strong>: Es va examinar com aquesta metodologia va ser integrada en els programes de formaci\u00f3 de professors, proporcionant exemples espec\u00edfics d&#8217;exercicis i activitats d&#8217;escriptura autobiogr\u00e0fica utilitzats durant aquest per\u00edode. La pon\u00e8ncia va mostrar com aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques ajudaven els estudiants a desenvolupar habilitats clau, com l&#8217;empatia, l&#8217;autoconsci\u00e8ncia i la capacitat cr\u00edtica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:4px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-montserrat-font-family\" style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.708), 1.3rem);\"><strong>Impacte i Beneficis<\/strong>: La presentaci\u00f3 va discutir els beneficis de l&#8217;escriptura autobiogr\u00e0fica en la formaci\u00f3 de professors, incloent-hi la millora de la capacitat reflexiva, l&#8217;enfortiment de la identitat professional i el foment d&#8217;una major connexi\u00f3 emocional amb la professi\u00f3 docent.
